Why we chose it
Weck is one of the few food storage options with truly zero plastic: stainless steel clamps, borosilicate glass, and natural rubber seals. The 743 Mold Jar shape stacks cleanly in the freezer and oven (up to 450F). LFGB-compliant under German food-contact law. Note for latex-sensitive households: the seals are natural rubber.
