Why we chose it
The D3 stainless — not the D3 nonstick, which contains PTFE — is the category standard for uncoated stainless clad cookware. No coating means no PFAS is possible by construction. The 18/10 stainless interior resists corrosion and does not react with acidic foods. Made in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania at the same facility since 1971. Recommended by Wirecutter, Americas Test Kitchen, and Consumer Reports. Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
