Why we chose it
Single-slab construction eliminates the adhesive question entirely — there is no glue joint anywhere in this board. Andrew Pearce sources American black walnut, hand-selects each board at his Vermont mill, and finishes with a proprietary food-safe allergen-free walnut oil. Wood, oil, nothing else.
