Why we chose it
Same FSC-certified plantation teak and mineral oil and beeswax finish as the Model 802, with a juice canal routed around the perimeter for carving. The canal is cut from solid wood — not a bonded element — so no adhesive edges at the channel. The practical everyday workhorse for proteins, fruit, and anything that drips.
