Why we chose it
Most cellulose sponges use undisclosed synthetic binders. Public Goods names both materials plainly: plant-based cellulose for the wiping face, coconut fiber for the scrubbing abrasive. No triclosan, a pesticide added to most conventional sponges for odor control. Cellulose sourcing is plant-based throughout.
