Nursery Furniture: common questions
- Are Nursery Furniture non-toxic? What do you check?
- We check every product in Nursery Furniture against the 15 published criteria at nontoxicnook.com/our-promise, which exclude PFAS, chemical flame retardants and undisclosed fragrance, among others, and require the maker to disclose materials. Dressers, changing tables and nursery storage in solid wood with low-VOC finishes. A product is listed only when it passes all 15; "passed" means it met those criteria, not that any product is risk-free.
- Which Nursery Furniture are listed?
- DaVinci Jayden 3-Drawer Changer Dresser, Babyletto Hudson 3-Drawer Changer Dresser, Babyletto Yuzu 6-Drawer Dresser (48"). Each listing names its materials and certifications and links to the maker or a retailer that stocks it.
- Is Nontoxic Nook a store?
- No. Nontoxic Nook is an independent directory. Listings link to the maker or a retailer; some links earn a commission, which never affects whether a product qualifies, and no brand pays to be listed.
