Why we chose it
The Mioduo is a true AI2 hybrid: the PUL cover snaps in a natural-fiber insert, so only cotton or bamboo viscose touches skin. Unusually, the complete system — cover, insert, booster, and liner — holds OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certification (#21.HTR.82358), the standard's most stringent tier, screening for PFAS, phthalates, formaldehyde, and heavy metals. Unlike most cloth brands that certify only the cotton inner, this cert explicitly covers the PUL waterproof layer too.
