## Why we chose it

The Santos #10 is a restaurant-grade citrus press that brings commercial durability to a home kitchen. All parts in contact with the fruit are stainless steel -- the perforated strainer, cone, and collection channel -- with a lever mechanism that maximizes yield per squeeze. The motorized drive handles repeated use without degradation, and the strainer slides off for quick cleaning. At over $1,000 it is a professional investment, but it is one of the few citrus-specific juicers that makes no material compromises on food-contact surfaces.
