## Why we chose it

The entire brew path is 304 stainless steel with no lining, no coating, and no plastic in contact with the coffee. The brand states this explicitly in the product specs alongside the raw alloy grade. Most electric cezve alternatives use a coated aluminum pot or a plastic reservoir; this one skips both. The stainless pot is also dishwasher-safe, which matters for cleaning without residues.
