## Why we chose it

Fog Linen Work has sourced the same single-origin Lithuanian flax since 1992. The white kitchen cloth is undyed and untreated: the only thing in it is European linen. No synthetic fibers, no stain-resistant coating, no optical brighteners. The plain weave is lighter than the Roughlinen Orkney, making it a better fit for delicate glassware and quick wiping tasks.
