## Why we chose it

The oval shape fits whole chickens, roasts, and oblong cuts that do not fit comfortably in a round pot. Caraway uses vitreous enamel on the cast iron body: no PTFE, no PFAS, third-party tested for over 600 forever chemicals. At 8 qt it is the largest vessel in the Caraway cast iron line, suited to batch cooking, larger households, and entertaining.
