## Why we chose it

PEVA is a chlorine-free polymer that does not contain the phthalates or organotins found in PVC. It off-gasses at lower levels than PVC in the CHEJ study. This liner does not carry a third-party certification we could verify in a public registry. At under $20, it is the most accessible non-PVC option for shoppers replacing a vinyl liner.
