## Why we chose it

The 8500 Premium steps up from the 7500 with a stronger drive system that handles dense roots -- ginger, turmeric, burdock -- without straining. Every part in the juice path is SUS 316 stainless steel; the motor housing is SUS 304. There is no plastic anywhere in the food zone. NSF certification covers the food-contact surfaces, and the yield on greens and produce is consistently high. A significant investment, but purpose-built for daily, high-volume juicing without compromise on materials.
